Based on several good suggestions, here is the revised agenda for our Memphis session: 7:30: Welcome and review 7:40: Review of Internet Draft Packet Loss (very brief) 8:00: Packet Dynamics Study (Vern Paxson) 8:30: Charter Issues (chair, area director, and input from all)The last agenda item will require some explaining. I expect that IPPM will be asked to form as a honest-to-goodness working group. The issues surrounding this may take some discussing.
