Time of Day saved/restored correctly in Bookmarks

ClassNotFound error fixed in LocalView (introduced in b54 with package re-org)

"Aardvark" menu added, provides tools + access to new Preferences dialog.

Support for control over console output, at startup and during execution.

Serialization of Bookmarks completely rewritten to allow future versioning.

Parser for getStatistics.cgi completely rewritten to be cleaner, faster.

Massive clean-up of code-base, including pruning of all unused code-paths,

creation of fairly complete javadoc, and factoring of functionality into separate

more loosely coupled objects.

Validation against JDK 1.2 on linux and mac.
