Erikas contributed the following very simple (both simple to install and simple for robots to use) web CGI-based tool. I'd appreciate it very much if as many of us as possible were to install it.
Right now, the script is installed at (I think) Berkeley, CMU, and Univ Virginia. It would help us in our automated topology recording if it were to be installed at all our sites.
