You have identified a bug that was introduced in the traceroute processing programs. We're identifying what traceroutes are correct and how much of the invalid traceroute data can be fixed from intermediate "raw" traceroute data. Once we've omitted incorrect traceroute information and can ensure all presented traceroute information on the site is correct, we'll post an announcement to the list.
On the topic of accessing plots for various dates, we're working on some problems with the way the list of dates for available plots is generated.
